Booking and Payment

Pleter vatrometi d.o.o. may require a deposit to secure the booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before the event.
Safety
Pleter vatrometi d.o.o. strictly adheres to all safety regulations and industry standards for fireworks and special effects.We are an authorized company for performing fireworks displays, handling explosive materials, and we have a warehouse registered for the storage of explosives.We will ensure that all necessary permits and insurance for fireworks and special effects are obtained where applicable.We check if the event location meets all safety requirements and is suitable for the type of fireworks display requested, including determining the permissible size of fireworks projectiles for the location. A site inspection may be required prior to the event.
Liability
- Pleter vatrometi d.o.o. shall not be liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, force majeure, or actions of third parties.
